Discovery Partner Programme · 2026

Three senior buyers. Four months. One AI compliance question worth answering together.

We are inviting three senior executives at regulated firms into a structured discovery partnership with Evidor.ai. No obligation to use our product. First-customer right when the product reaches general availability.

What this is

Not a free pilot. Not a paid POC. Something in between, on purpose.

What it is

Mutual exploration. We learn what your regulatory situation actually requires. You learn what is possible from a deep-tech compliance team. Both sides keep optionality.

What it is not

A free trial. A paid POC. An advisory engagement. A vendor pitch. A locked commercial commitment.

What you give

Twelve hours over four months. Honest feedback. Permission to learn from you.

Time

Two structured sessions per month, 30 to 60 minutes each. About twelve hours total.

Context

Your needs, your workflows, your regulatory situation, in your own language.

Feedback licence

Permission for us to use what we learn to shape the product. We never identify you as the source of any specific feedback without your written agreement.

What you get

Direct access. Influence. First-customer terms.

Direct line

Direct access to our founder and CTO across the four months.

Influence

What you tell us shapes what we ship.

First-customer terms

Preferential first-customer terms ahead of the open market when Evidor.ai reaches general availability. Specifics agreed in a separate written agreement; intended to be the most favourable commercial offer in your sector for the first twelve months.

Who fits

Selective on purpose. Three partners. Sensitive data is the entry ticket.

We are looking for three senior buyers at firms where AI use intersects with regulated, privileged, or competitively sensitive data. Legal practices, medical equipment companies, asset management firms, fintech operators. The common thread is: you cannot afford to lose track of what your AI did with your data, and you cannot afford to wait until AI governance regulation arrives to figure out an answer.

  • You hold accountability for compliance, technology, or risk at your firm.
  • Your firm already uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, custom) in some part of the work.
  • You have the authority to schedule four months of meetings without a procurement process.
  • You are comfortable being one of the first three buyers to engage with a pre-revenue product.

What the four months look like

Light structure. Real exploration.

Month 1

Situation

We understand your workflows, your regulatory exposure, your team's current AI use.

Month 2

Prototype walk-through

We show you our M1 prototype and architectural choices in detail. You stress-test what doesn't fit.

Month 3

Roadmap influence

You see our M2/M3 roadmap; what you say shapes what we prioritise.

Month 4

Decision

We agree on commercial terms (if the fit is there) or part ways cleanly. Either way, you keep what you learned.

Exit at any time on fourteen days' written notice. No penalty.
