Who it suits
- You use AI in a workflow, or plan to. No AI yet? We can build it for you, under its own agreement, and the free pilot never requires a paid build.
- One workflow, one team of about 5 to 10, for internal use only.
- One contact to sign. Owner and IT contact named at scoping.
What it involves
Pilots start from January 2027. Live use is planned to start in the first quarter of 2027, after independent security testing.

Evidor will send each AI call only to a model allowed for that kind of data, and record the model and rule used. We'll be able to read those records, they'll be held in Singapore, and we could be required by law to hand them over. The full pilot scope, and how your data is handled, are set out in the pilot letter.
Your firm signs a two-page pilot letter and a data protection agreement. Workflow and success measures are agreed in a one-page plan, before any of your data reaches us.
Visiting from outside Singapore? Evidor will be hosted in Singapore. If your firm can use a service hosted in Singapore, you can apply for the pilot on the same terms as everyone else.
